Are you interested in Indigenous enabling programs or in supporting Indigenous students within mainstream enabling pathways?
This special interest group will explore Indigenous pedagogical approaches to teaching in enabling programs, along with culturally grounded and respectful ways to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students as they navigate these learning environments. Because Indigenous teaching and learning practices are inherently inclusive, relational, and community-centred, they not only support Indigenous students but enrich the learning experience for all students. By sharing resources, strategies, and culturally informed methods, this group aims to strengthen enabling education across diverse contexts and contribute to more equitable, connected, and effective learning environments for everyone.
Become part of a community of practice, collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the future of Enabling Education.
